Camp Information and Policies Summer 2026

Hooray, summer will start on time this year!

We will run four weeks of camp: 

Week 1: June 22-26

Week 2: June 29-July 3

Week 3: July 6-July 10

Week 4: July 13-July 17

The camp is 1/2 day from 9AM-12PM. We will have early drop off starting at 8AM for an additional $5.00/ day.

Our Camps are for players ages 10 (starting grade 5) and up.

Grades 5/6, & 7 will be at Silver Creek Middle School

Grades 8 & up will be at Einstein High School.

*Have younger children who want to play? Find us a group of 12 kids, and we will build a camp for you.

**Locations may be adjusted depending on the number of players who sign up.

Our coaches are certified teachers and coaches who work with children year-round. We do NOT hire teenagers to run our clinics.  We also offer the best staff to player ratios.

One week: $375

Two weeks: $685

Three weeks: $935

Four weeks: $1195

Multi-week discounts are offered to parents who sign up in advance. 

Regular drop off is at 8:45. If you plan to drop off your child early, you may for $5.00/ day. Please arrive on time for pick up. An adult will remain on site until all children are picked up.  

At Silver Creek, enter through the back near the tennis courts. At Einstein use the door just north of the main entrance. Parents will not be allowed to remain in the gym/ school during practice.

Please report absences using the form at bethesdavolleyball.com/absence if you know your child is going to be absent.

Please have your child eat a nutritious breakfast before practice and bring a snack that is not high in sugar. You child needs a water bottle (recommended 1L) with a tight-fitting lid (no cups with straws) that could spill if they are knocked over.

Please have your child wear knee pads and comfortable athletic shoes built for lateral movement (tennis and basketball shoes are fine but running shoes are not). Knee pads and practice balls are offered at our cost for your convenience.

Players should not use cell phones during the camp (including during break time). We will ask players to put them away, so that they do not become a distraction.

If there is inclement weather, we will follow the MCPS school closings. I will post any cancellations on the website: www.bethesdavolleyball.com  If we have to cancel a session, I will add a make-up session if possible. We cannot issue refunds for cancelled sessions.

We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or weeks. Please plan accordingly. 

We will run multiple nets and will do our best to divide players based on age and ability. If your child wants to play with a friend, he/ she may; however, they might have to play at the lower of the two levels. We cannot guarantee that the other athletes will be at your child's exact level. In every clinic someone will have to be the best.
